Shield – Softwood (probably Ficus sp.), elliptic-oval shape with a lateral twist.Flat plano-convex cross section,Handle carved out of solid,freestanding from surface.Reverse side:Plain,with fire drill hole near edge.Obverse side:Decorated yellow,white,red,black ochre in geometric patterns.Small round boss,centre obverse side.Several slash scars across surface.
